Pooled File Server with Redundancy: FlexRAID or unRAID?

I found a nice forum thread discussing (mostly) FlexRAID with a bit about unRAID over at Overclock.net. The thread discusses the differences between the two approaches and has a few users offering some tidbits about using FlexRAID.
